Hello, I enjoyed this site. I love exploring world religions and implementing a host of eclectic ideas in my stories and artwork (painting, photography). Sometimes I have intentionally misrepresented things, but I realized how much I still didn't know, and I have begun a more formal, scholarly pursuit of world religions. Wicca is one of mypersonal favorites to study because of how much it has been integrated within Christianity and Judaism, becoming unrecognized as an influence in general. I am also intrigued by Wicca's particular challenge when it comes to study. My recent research indicates a fractured and somewhat secretive religion with only a basic semblance of unity when it comes to certain ideas, but the religion can be highly individualistic either as per coven or per individual. I also understand that certain rituals are for certain participants only. I have also come across some influences by other religions into Wicca, such as Hinduism. I have just received books by Adler and Starhawk, and I was wondering if there are other books of high quality but include more of a wealth of pictures, diagrams, charts, etc. I am not a religious person, but I feel extraordinary when around or dealing with certain Eastern religions and Wiccans. I also have a sampling of some of my artwork on another website, and a wealth of other art if anyone else is interested in viewing it, I can be contacted through my email. Thank you.

Wow! Nice graphics! I'm very impressed, particularly by the animated lake. By the way, if anyone is interested, I'm hoping to teach a class at Pensic War this summer on the historical origins of the Arthurian myths. Fans of the _Mists of Avalon_ may be disapointed by what I have to say, but I am devoted to good historical scholarship. I'm not prejudiced, though; on the contrary, I find all religions to be equally offensive! Well, hopefully I'm half-kidding. I mean, I do thank God (and no, I'm not implying here that God is exclusively male or female like almost everyone else seems to feel the need to) for giving me a life and a world to live in, and for all my good fortune. I personally am neither Pagan, nor Christian, but for the sake of historical acuracy, my Arthurian persona (named above) is Catholic, and contrary to what Marion Zimmer Bradley might have you think, there's no evidence of powerfully organized Pagans in Arthurian (fifth-century) Britain, and plenty of Christian armies have gone into battle with dragon standards!
